Running Group Divisions:

 

 

Pre-Conditioning Program: This 12-week program is designed to take individuals from the couch to the completion of a 5-mile run.

 

 

Half-Marathon Program: This program takes the pre-conditioned runners to a new level of achievement, providing the additional conditioning that enables them to easily complete a Half-Marathon run.

 


Marathon Achievement Program: For those whom a half marathon just isn’t enough, this program prepares members to complete their first ever marathon and subsequent marathons. The support and energy of your fellow runners and coaches will help you achieve your goal of running 26.2 miles.

 

 

10-Mile Challenge Program: This program is perfect for those who completed pre-conditioning program and wants to stay fit by continuing training slow and easy.
